Non-Returnable Items
For your safety and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription medicines and controlled drugs
- Opened or used medical products
- Temperature-sensitive items (vaccines, insulin)
- Medical devices and diagnostic equipment
- Personal care and hygiene products
Note: These restrictions ensure the safety and integrity of pharmaceutical products for all customers.
Eligible Return Cases
We accept returns in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective products received
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired or near-expiry items (within 3 months)
- Packaging tampered or broken during transit
- Missing items from your order
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Return Request Timeline
Act quickly to ensure smooth processing:
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Contact us immediately upon receiving damaged goods
- Late requests may not be eligible for return

Proof Requirement
To process your return request, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Images showing the product packaging and labels
- Photos of any manufacturing defects or expiry dates
- Invoice or order confirmation details
Important: Photos must clearly show the issue. Blurry or incomplete images may delay your return approval.
Refund Method
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed through:
- UPI: Direct transfer to your UPI ID
- Bank Transfer: NEFT/IMPS to your bank account
Please ensure your UPI ID or bank details are accurate to avoid delays. We do not offer cash refunds or store credits.
Refund Timeline
After return approval and product pickup:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
- Bank processing may take additional 2–3 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
Refund timelines exclude weekends and public holidays. Please allow time for your bank's processing cycle.
Shipping Responsibility
For approved returns:
- We will arrange product pickup at no extra cost
- Ensure the product is packed securely in original packaging
- Our logistics partner will contact you for pickup
- Do not ship the product on your own without approval
Free Pickup: Vanshika Pharma covers return shipping costs for all eligible returns.
Order Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? Here's what you need to know:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Contact us immediately via email or phone
- Full refund for prepaid cancelled orders
- No cancellation fee for timely requests
Note: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return instead.
